C. J. Lauria has been a successful Real Estate Professional since 1988. In 2009 he founded invesdoor® and was soon joined by his wife, Jeia, in developing mentor for life!®, a national real estate investing mentorship program.  From 2010 to 2011 they co-authored the books The Tipping Point of Success and The Internal Growth Dynamic.  Both works articulate just how they have enjoyed their successes in the community.

  

Rather than devoting most of their time to prospecting for new leads, the Lauria’s focus on what matters most, customer relationships. Because their clients are often excited to tell their family and friends about their experience with the invesdoor® Team, the majority of their new business comes from referrals. Commitment, drive, and a track record for providing the highest level of customer care is what sets them apart. 

 

Combined, C.J. and Jeia have raised five children and are very active in the community, doing public service work in El Dorado County. Both love people and enjoy making new friends whenever possible.  Their business is their hobby and you can see it when you interact with either of them.

 

C. J. and Jeia enjoy traveling, scuba diving, cycling, skiing and other adventures.  They are always ready for a good laugh, enjoy conversing with people and learning something interesting about each new person they meet.
